Financial Packages for IVF

Our billing department will assist you in determining if you have insurance coverage and in submitting claims for which there is coverage. We urge you to familiarize yourself with your insurance policy. We will file for insurance reimbursement if your insurance company will give prior authorization and confirm coverage. If the service will not be covered by insurance or we are unable to confirm coverage, payment should be made in advance. Please check with our billing department if you have any questions about insurance coverage.

For those without insurance coverage, we provide several IVF financial packages. Combined with our IVF success rates, expertise, and experience, we believe that our programs enable patients to pursue the most cost-effective treatment for their infertility. Complete details are available by contacting our financial office.  

1. IVF FINANCIAL GUARANTEE PROGRAM

The Financial Guarantee Program demonstrates our commitment to patient care and our confidence in our IVF program.  We are willing to share the financial risk with our patients choosing to pursue IVF.  Eligible couples may attempt up to four IVF cycles and the transfer of all frozen embryos obtained from each of the four fresh cycles for a flat fee.  

This program is designed for those patients without insurance coverage for IVF who choose to undergo this treatment option.  Should a qualifying couple not achieve a live birth, after receiving all of the indicated services (four IVF cycles and the transfer of all frozen embryos obtained from each of four fresh cycles), 100% of the program fee will be returned. 
*Please note: Personal and Cashiers Checks are accepted forms of payment for the IVF Financial Guarantee Program.  Credit Cards are not accepted.
