One of the recommendations from the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology states: “Women with uncomplicated pregnancies should be encouraged to engage in aerobic and strength-conditioning exercises before, during, and after pregnancy.”

The majority of our patients inquire about lifestyle changes in an attempt to optimize their reproductive outcomes. Eating healthy, as well as discontinuing alcohol and tobacco consumption, will increase the likelihood of having a healthy baby. In addition, regular exercise is shown to improve pregnancy outcomes.
