Dr. Gerry Celia is a board certified High Complexity Laboratory Director with the American Board of Bioanalysts, and the head of the reproductive laboratory for Dominion Fertility. A native New Englander, Dr. Celia grew up on the coast of Rhode Island where he first became interested in reproductive physiology while raising, training, and breeding horses at his parents stable. This interest lead him to the University of Connecticut where he obtained a BS in Animal Science and served as a Research Fellow with the San Diego Zoo’s Center for Reproductive of Endangered Species under the guidance of Barbara Durrant….
Natalie Sofia, RN, BSN., IVF & Egg Donor Coordinator
Natalie Sofia received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from George Mason University and has been working at Dominion Fertility since 2003. Shortly after beginning at Dominion Fertility, she was promoted to the position of Nursing Coordinator and became the IVF and Ova Donor Coordinator in 2007. Natalie works tirelessly to ensure that each patient is well prepared for her treatment cycle. She ensures that the laboratory, physicians, and patients are in seamless coordination to maximize each couple’s treatment success. “I take great pride in playing a small part in helping to create a family.”
Michelle Pavon, Practice Administrator
Michelle Pavon joined the Dominion Fertility team in 2010, and received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Marymount University. She is a Certified Professional Coder and Member of the AAPC, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. In addition to supervising the Billing Department, Michelle and her team work one on one as patient advocates with our couples to help clarify and delineate their insurance benefits.
