Why Choose Donor Eggs to Build Your Family?
There are many different reasons someone might choose to use anonymous donor eggs. Many women who have medical conditions like premature ovarian failure, early menopause, recurrent miscarriage, or cancer treatments like chemotherapy choose donor eggs.
Additionally, some women choose donor eggs after a history of failed IVF cycles using their own eggs.
Most patients achieve a successful pregnancy following one egg retrieval and one or two embryo transfers. Additionally, all of the eggs from your selected donor are dedicated to you, which increases your chance of becoming pregnant.

Gestational Surrogacy
Gestational surrogacy, a profound journey of collaboration and trust, offers a beacon of hope for many aspiring parents facing fertility challenges. In this process, a surrogate mother carries an intended parents' embryo and gives birth to a child conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF). Many individuals and couples considering donor egg IVF may benefit from the help of gestational carrier (surrogate). This modern reproductive technology not only opens the doors to parenthood for individuals and couples who might otherwise be unable to have a biological child but also embodies a remarkable act of generosity and compassion. Through gestational surrogacy, dreams of family become realities, fostering unique bonds and expanding the definition of kinship in our contemporary world.
As part of the Pinnacle Fertility network, our patients have exclusive access to Pinnacle Surrogacy, which offers high-quality, thoroughly-screened gestational carriers and expedited matching and timelines. Learn more about gestational surrogacy.

Donor Egg FAQ
We partner with egg banks, like Pinnacle Egg Bank, and other donor agencies to help intended couples find an appropriate donor.
No, as long as the patient is in good health the success rate is the same at any age. This is because the uterus does not age at the same rate as the ovaries. Age-related decline in fertility is typically due to a decrease in eggs.
The donation process is designed to be completely anonymous where neither party knows identifiable information about each other. Anonymity cannot be guaranteed for any parties, but our practice does not reveal identifying information for donors or recipients.
We only share non-identifiable information about your donor: physical characteristics, nationality, medical history, education, and occupation.
At Dominion Fertility we are screening new donor applications every week and only place donors in our database after careful screening. We monitor our donors very closely throughout the IVF process.
