Does yoga help counter infertility? A study from ASRM seems to show it may.

We know yoga can help with stress, but did you know it also helps with getting pregnant? Research presented at ASRM shared a study of 2 groups of women who all had one previously unsuccessful IVF. One group did yoga for 3 months prior to an embryo transfer and the other group did no yoga. Following embryo transfer the yoga group had 63% of the women become pregnant, while the non-yoga group only had 43%. Dominion Fertility doctors and staff welcome talking about healthy options to compliment your fertility treatments.
